Responsibilities

□ Development Quality

• Verify quality at each development stage of semiconductor ICs and modules, and run the development quality process
• Manage quality risks through stage-gate reviews across the development lifecycle
• Assess how design and process changes affect quality, and define verification plans
• Analyze potential quality risks and drive improvements using Design/Process FMEA (D/P-FMEA)
• Verify and approve product quality for the transfer from development to mass production

□ Production & Supplier Quality

• Lead quality audits, Process Change Notification (PCN) management and improvement activities with foundry and OSAT (packaging and test) partners
• Set and maintain quality standards and outgoing inspection criteria for each stage: wafer, package, and test (CP/FT/SLT)
• Monitor quality metrics (DPPM, yield, defect rate) and run SPC-based process control

□ Customer Quality

• Perform failure analysis (FA) and root cause investigation
• Drive improvements through 8D reports and corrective actions
• Support customer quality audits and review Quality Assurance Agreements
• Review customer quality requirements and build them into internal quality processes

□ Reliability & EMC Verification

• Plan reliability tests for semiconductor ICs and modules, review the results, and judge compliance
• Run reliability qualification of new products before mass production and manage quality approval
• Verify reliability compliance with relevant standards, including JEDEC, MIL-STD (defense) and AEC-Q100 (automotive)
• Analyze root causes of reliability failures and manage the improvements
• Plan EMC tests for module and system products, review the results, and handle certification
• Review domestic and international EMC requirements (CE, FCC, KC, etc.) and manage testing and certification

□ Quality Management System (QMS)

• Maintain and improve ISO 9001 certification, and build an IATF 16949 framework to prepare for entry into the automotive market
• Manage the creation and revision of QMS regulations, procedures and standard documents
• Run internal and external quality audits, and manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for nonconformities

Qualifications

□ 10+ years of experience in semiconductor quality assurance (QA) or quality control

□ Experience in semiconductor product development, mass production and outgoing quality assurance

□ Experience managing and auditing foundry and OSAT suppliers

□ Proven experience leading customer quality issue resolution (FA, 8D, corrective action)

□ Understanding of semiconductor reliability standards (e.g., JEDEC) and statistical quality methods (SPC, Cpk, etc.)

□ Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

□ QA experience at a fabless or system semiconductor company (SoC, AP, AI semiconductors)

□ Automotive semiconductor quality experience (AEC-Q100, IATF 16949, PPAP, APQP)

□ Experience with EMC testing and domestic and international certification for semiconductor modules or electronic devices

□ Experience managing an ISO 9001 QMS, and establishing or supporting audits for AS9100 certification

□ Mass production quality experience with advanced process nodes (7nm and below)

□ Experience handling quality issues with overseas customers (North America, Taiwan, China, Japan, etc.) or auditing overseas suppliers on-site

□ Experience building a QA organization or leading a team

□ Proficiency with quality data analysis tools (JMP, Minitab, Python, etc.)

□ Proficiency in English or Chinese

□ Full-time (3-month probationary period with 100% compensation)

Working Hours

□ Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
