Role Overview

We are looking for a vision-driven, analytical Director of Product Management (L7) to lead the strategy, portfolio, and continuous evolution of our Supplier Integration Systems & Master Data Platform. In this role, you will build the AI-driven models, platform features, and intelligent applications needed to solve our most complex business problems.

As a senior product leader, you will own the strategic product roadmap and bring innovative ideas to life that solve hard operational challenges and wow our Customers. You will work hand-in-hand with Engineering, Data Science, and Executive Leadership, establishing governance frameworks that guarantee operational velocity, data accuracy, and system resilience at scale.

What You Will Do

• Own the strategic vision and roadmap for the Master Data Platform, turning enterprise data into a foundational driver for intelligent planning and in-stock excellence.

• Build AI/ML models to transform master data into actionable insights, driving smarter planning and optimizing in-stock availability.

• Analyze complex, high-volume datasets to uncover operational patterns and drive data-backed company-wide decisions.

• Design and deliver intelligent platform features and applications that simplify data ingestion, prevent out-of-stock scenarios, and optimize overall inventory health.

• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to build scalable, intelligent data systems.

• Define core success metrics and run experiments to validate AI model performance and business impact.

• Align executive leadership and cross-functional partners on business processes, system rules, and platform priorities—navigating ambiguity and pushback to drive alignment.

• Establish standardized operational logic and governance rules across business units to eliminate ambiguity, drive process adoption, and protect selection continuity.

• Maintain enterprise-wide data hygiene, quality standards, and architectural frameworks that ensure system resilience at scale.

Basic Qualifications

• Analytical thinker who works well in a fast-paced, data-driven, and highly ambiguous entrepreneurial culture.

• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple complex initiatives.

• Bias for action and willingness to get your hands dirty to get the job done.

• Sound business judgment and proven ability to effectively communicate and influence senior stakeholders and executive leadership.

• Superior verbal and written communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• E-commerce, supply chain, or logistics experience.

• Proven experience building and scaling enterprise data platforms, Master Data Management (MDM) systems, or AI/ML-driven features.

• Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams across different geographies.

• Fast-paced growth or startup environment experience.

• Korean communication skills.

Document Return Policy

• This notification is given pursuant to Article 11 (6) of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act.
